Can you chip and haul away branches already on the ground?
Yes, suitable tree debris can be included in a cleanup quote. We assess the material, access and any contamination or hidden obstacles before deciding how it can be processed and removed.
Should I pile the branches before you arrive?
Call first. Do not handle unstable trees, tensioned limbs or material near utility lines. For ordinary loose debris, we can discuss a staging location that suits access and equipment. Moving it yourself may not be necessary.
Can you clear a blocked driveway?
We can assess fallen tree debris blocking driveways and entrances. Tell us if it is the only access or if people are at risk. Utility, structural and tree-stability concerns may need to be addressed before the route is cleared.
Do you remove stumps during storm cleanup?
Stump grinding can be discussed as a separate part of the work. A fallen root plate or stump may require a different approach from ordinary loose debris. Confirm the stump and restoration scope in the quote.
How soon can you come after a storm?
Timing depends on hazards, weather, access, equipment needs and the number of active emergencies. Call with your location and the situation so we can explain the next step. We do not promise a fixed arrival time before assessing availability.
Will insurance pay for cleanup?
